Since 1981, Karen Hays has helped Texas buyers, sellers, builders and investors close thousands of transactions. She has been a licensed agent since 1994, and her primary focus today is working with people over 50 navigating complex housing and estate transitions, planning and wealth building through real estate equity, relocation, downsizing and more.
Karen has extensive experience in the title insurance industry as a Senior Escrow Officer, Branch Operations Manager, and opening new branches for companies in the Dallas, Austin, Houston and Galveston Co. areas.
She and her husband Pete live on the Texas Gulf Coast with their furbaby Audrey, and enjoy their beach life. cThey are a blended family of 9 kids (plus spouses), and 7 grandkids so far!
