You will see virtual events throughout the year, live and recorded, all designed to bring motivational ideas, thought provoking conversations, and light hearted humor around the common lifestyles of women in their 50’s, 60’s and beyond, I’m here with you. We will show up in comfy clothes with your favorite beverage in hand.
We can’t solve all the world’s problems, but we can share how we are doing and what we can do better. We are all a work in progress, no judgment, no pressure, just fun and relaxing. It’s what we all need.
Online Courses and Membership
Get access to guided courses and a supportive group membership Momentum Society designed around specific focuses and goals.
In the online courses, workshops, boot camps and masterclasses, you can attend live or explore courses you can go through when it’s convenient for you, at your own pace.
Momentum Society is a monthly group membership program with a once weekly virtual meeting (live and recorded) and once a month live virtual event for Ladies Night Out, and don’t worry if you miss it, it’s all recorded and available to you on your time.
1:1 COACHING
If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 coaching might be the right step for you. Connect and we can talk about it to see if this option is a good fit. Our 1.1 Coaching is designed specifically to target unique challenges such as marriage discord, infidelity (stay or leave), divorce, or death of a loved one, starting with a Take-In Application, discovery call consultation, and if it’s a fit we will schedule 8 sessions. This program is open quarterly and fully confidential .(Limited availability)
